What is Hot Yoga?
It is a form of yoga performed under humid conditions, a conducive environment that triggers the body into sweating. The ideal temperatures range from 27 to 38 degrees celsius. A complete session takes a maximum of ninety minutes. During this period, the participants partake in varying postures aimed at eliminating impurities from specific parts of the body. The moves focus on all the major muscles. Some form of music accompanies the exercise for motivational purposes. At the end of each step, there is applause, and interactions are also permitted.
However, hot yoga is not allowed for everyone. Study shows it can expose you to heat-related illness.
