Our style still follows the teachings and principles of traditional Yoga but with the added benefit of flowing with a soft silk hammock. Classes included Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga Nidra (Relaxation) The Aerial Yoga hammock is a fantastic tool to enhance your practice.
