I taught full-time for three years working in my local area and building a community with small and personal classes. After my son was born I made the decision to go back to college and complete a degree in Physiotherapy. I’ve always had a huge interest in health and wellness and this degree would allow me to merge my Physiotherapy training and knowledge of Yoga and to be of service to people. Even through, a very demanding 4-year long Science Degree at Trinity College, while juggling family life and two children under the age of 5, I continued to teach Yoga. It is such a huge part of who I am and something that I can never imagine not doing.
