Starting off, I served 10 years in the Army, where I qualified as a Military Physical Training Instructor & Swimming Teacher, fitness testing & training soldiers to the level of battle preparation. As a Personal Trainer, I have been helping clients to change the way they look & feel. My experience & holistic approach to health & fitness will have you feeling great in no time.
