Yoga was my guide. Yoga spurred me to go on a self-discovery adventure; to countries across Asia, Buddhist monasteries, Indian ashrams and to sit in silent meditation for ten days in Malaysia. Yoga sparked passion and curiosity within me. Travelling in the East opened up my spiritual pathways and gave me time to get to know myself.
