Best Airtrack Mats for Gymnastics
Is it a trampoline? Is it a tumbling mat? Is it a landing pad? No – it’s an airtrack! There is no getting away from it – these are fast becoming my favourite bit of exercise equipment.
I first used one at the gym and the hour workout raced by in no time. I bounced, I stretched, I tumbled and I rolled but – most of all – I had a great time! I couldn’t wait for the next session.
Then, the icing on the cake; my instructor deflated the 15 metre track and rolled it into a size that could fit in the back of a car. I was sold! I went straight home and started deciding which airtrack I would buy for myself.
