Custom built, we offer a wide range of yoga styles; Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. If you are new to yoga we recommend you join a beginners 6-week course and then chose what style of yoga suits your body, mind and lifestyle.
