Description When I move, my first love is Yoga vinyasa and this drives my practice and teachings. When I breathe it’s a combination of traditional Yoga breathing techniques and the breath of Kundalini breathing. When I sing, I chant mantras to invoke qualities I wish to feel in my day and interactions. When I sit in silence I create an inner calm that prepares me for the day ahead.
