Over the past ten years she has established herself in the Greystones and North Wicklow area as an expert in Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Education. She trained with some of the most renowned experts in the fields of pregnancy yoga including, Judith Crowe, Janet Balaskas, Wendy Teasdill, and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
