I am a qualified Yoga instructor. I specialised in children’s Yoga, Laughter Yoga, and various types of Meditation techniques. I also offer holistic treatments, like Reflexology, Reiki, Gem & stone therapy, Energy healing, and Hopi ear candling. I trained in Indian head massage, Natural facial, Ayurvedic leg and foot massage, neck and shoulder massage, back massage and face massage.
