I founded Living Room Yoga in 2019 which was birthed from my own journey of transformation and connection to self. I began my journey working as a psychotherapist and offering small yoga classes before undergoing Yoga training in Thailand in 2019. In this training, we practiced yoga in the living room of somebody’s home in the Thai jungle - giving way to the name Living Room Yoga, a name that encapsulates the essence of what our brand is all about: the idea of home and a safe space in which your whole self in it’s purest form is welcome.
