Description We work with some of the less complicated poses in this class so the mind can become more absorbed in each activity and we can go a little deeper. The gentle aspect is as much a frame of mind as anything else. The breath is soft but deep as it gently encourages release in the contractions of the body so we find more space in the body and the mind and a sense of ease.
